Notice
  • Leave your luggage at the reception by 2p.m(1p.m in weekends),luggage will be delivered next day except hokaido, okinawa, part of honsyu area.And if you drop your luggage between 2p.m(1p.m in weekends and public holidays)~8p.m, luggage will be delivered two days later.
  • There are two sizes of cardboard box . 100 size is 250yen and 120 size is 350yen.
  • Refridgerated transportation and mail delivery are out of our service. Please go to Sagawa transport sales office「Umeda station 4th building service center 」(walking 10mins/weekends and public holidays off).
  • Please note that delivery service may be suspend during the busy season.

Can these items be shipped?

Alcohol, electronic equipment (computer etc.), musical instrument

The above items can not be shipped.
Please go to Sagawa transport sales office「Umeda station 4th building service center 」(walking 10mins/weekends off)or「Grandfront Osaka Post Office」(walking 3mins/weekends and public holidays off).

Items cannot be shipped

  • Linear dimension (length + width + height) over 160cm or over 25kg in weight.

  • Valuable・electronic equipment（computer,digital camera, tablet etc.）

  • Fragile, animal, hazardous item, perishables goods

  • Inappropriate items for storage considered by staffs
